A Nigerian lawyer has shared the story of his most painful heartbreak, involving a girlfriend who assured him not to worry about another man she described as “just a common tailor disturbing me.”
The lawyer, who shared the experience on X (formerly Twitter) under the handle @egi_nupe___, revealed that the same tailor eventually got his ex-girlfriend pregnant and later married her.
“He later impregnated her and they are now married,” he wrote, recalling the bitter irony of the situation.
Reflecting on the heartbreak, he admitted that it nearly pushed him to harm himself. “It no reach the heartbreak wey I chop in 2013. I nearly drank Izal,” he confessed.
His revelation sparked mixed reactions online, with some sympathizing with his pain while others joked about the incident.
