The Dollar to Naira exchange rate at the Nigerian black market, also known as the parallel market (Aboki FX), has remained above the official Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) rate.

According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources in Lagos on Thursday, July 23, 2026, the US dollar is being bought at ₦1,410 and sold at ₦1,420 in the parallel market.
