The incident was first reported on social media by an X user identified as @Oyindamola, who shared a video purportedly showing the aftermath of the accident.
“Enugu Air aircraft crash lands in Benin Airport this afternoon,” the user wrote.
Enugu Air is the state-owned airline operated by the Enugu State Government.
