The ancient city of Ibadan came alive today as athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and notable personalities gathered for the 12th Edition of the Ibadan City Marathon (IBCM 2025), organized by Splash FM 105.5.
Among the participants was human rights activist and politician Omoyele Sowore, who joined other runners in covering the full 42-kilometer distance. His participation added a touch of excitement to the event, which has grown into one of Nigeria’s most recognized city marathons.
