Nigerian rapper and actor, Falz, has revealed the difficulties of maintaining a healthy love life while pursuing a demanding career in the entertainment industry.

Speaking in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Falz admitted that one of his biggest challenges is finding genuine love beyond the fame and success that comes with being in the spotlight.

“I’ve not found anybody who likes me. In all sincerity, it’s incredibly tough to have a healthy love and family life while being in entertainment,” he said.

The award-winning rapper explained that the pressures of his career often conflict with personal commitments, making him wary of entering into serious relationships.

“Not knowing how to navigate that, coupled with feeling like I don’t want to just scatter things up, has resulted in me staying away,” he confessed. “Some people say it’s running from commitment. To an extent, I wouldn’t lie, yes. But it’s better than deceiving yourself and hurting someone else.”

Falz added that while he recognizes he may be “too cautious,” he believes honesty about his readiness for commitment is far better than forcing himself into unsustainable situations.

His candid remarks have sparked conversations online about the emotional sacrifices entertainers make to balance personal happiness with the pressures of public careers, particularly in Nigeria’s fast-paced music and film industries.
