Popular investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has stirred fresh drama in the entertainment world with claims that Afrobeats superstar Davido has taken a decisive step against Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo following recent online controversies surrounding the death of singer Mohbad.
The controversy reignited after controversial critic VeryDarkMan leaked WhatsApp chats allegedly showing Iyabo Ojo accusing Davido of using Mohbad’s tragic death to chase clout. The leaked messages have since gone viral, triggering intense public reaction.
In a post shared via Facebook, Olunloyo alleged that Davido has now disinvited Iyabo Ojo from his upcoming white wedding to fiancée Chioma Rowland, scheduled to take place in Atlanta, USA.
“August go long 👀. Wedding invite cancelled, unfollows Iyabo,” Olunloyo wrote, suggesting the singer has also unfollowed the actress on Instagram.
Iyabo Ojo’s Location Allegedly Revealed
In a follow-up post, Olunloyo went further by revealing Iyabo Ojo’s current place of residence, claiming the actress is staying in an apartment located on Banana Island, a high-end neighborhood in Lagos.
She also alleged that controversial singer Naira Marley has joined the fray by mocking Iyabo Ojo online. Olunloyo referenced a past incident where Iyabo Ojo allegedly leaked Kemi’s own private information—her home address and phone number—to gossip blog Gistlover back in 2012.
