Cotonou, Benin Republic – The Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, has received international acclaim at the 13th Pan African International Annual Conference and Awards 2025 held over the weekend at the prestigious Palais De Congres, Cotonou.
Themed “AI & African Culture: Bridging Heritage and Innovation,” the high-level conference brought together influential leaders from across Africa, including presidents, royal dignitaries, academics, and captains of industry.
Presided over by the President of the Republic of Benin, Patrice Talon, the event was convened by Prince David Anyia, who noted in his welcome address that 97 distinguished individuals from across the continent were recognized, including three sitting presidents. The speaking session was officially opened by Dr. Mustapha Njie.
During the award presentation, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade was named “Best Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” and was presented with a Recognition Plaque and Medal in acknowledgment of his outstanding contributions to Africa’s economic development through real estate innovation.
