Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has stirred fresh reactions online after issuing conditions to comedian Mr Jollof regarding the ₦35 million awarded in their recent court case.
In a series of posts shared on his social media pages, VeryDarkMan stated that Mr Jollof would only receive the money after meeting several conditions. Among them, he asked the comedian to resign from his appointment as a Senior Special Assistant (SSA), publicly apologise to the youths of Delta State, and speak out about the economic hardship affecting Nigerians.
VDM also urged Mr Jollof to use his platform to educate young people and avoid personal attacks, stressing that public figures should promote accountability and responsible leadership.
The latest development has generated mixed reactions on social media, with supporters and critics debating whether VeryDarkMan’s conditions are justified or simply another chapter in the ongoing feud between the two public figures.
Neither Mr Jollof nor his legal representatives had officially responded to the new demands at the time of this report.
