Nigerian TikTok sensation and singer Blackchully has shared the inspiring story behind her journey from creating simple TikTok videos to becoming one of Nigeria’s most recognized digital creators.
The Enugu-born content creator revealed that she began her career by posting hairstyle and dance videos in 2020. Through consistency, creativity, and confidence in her unique style, she gradually built a massive fan base across social media.
Blackchully explained that although many people now see her as an overnight success, her journey was built on years of hard work, patience, and determination. She emphasized that staying true to herself and remaining consistent were the keys to her breakthrough.
Her transition into music further increased her popularity. Her hit single “Payment Before Service (PBS)” sparked the viral #PbsChallenge on TikTok, helping the song gain widespread attention and strengthening her position as both a content creator and recording artist.
Over the years, Blackchully has collaborated with several Nigerian entertainers, including Zubby Michael, Broda Shaggi, Slim Case, Perry Blinks, Flower Boy, and Samkid. She says her goal is to continue inspiring young people to chase their dreams through originality, hard work, and persistence.
