Villa Nova Estate recently held its first-ever New Year get-together, bringing together residents in a colourful event aimed at promoting unity, neighbourliness, and a shared vision for the community’s future.
The gathering was organised by the estate’s Welfare Committee, led by Mrs. Florence Iheme, Mrs. Ebizimo, and other members, who coordinated activities designed to encourage interaction and strengthen bonds among residents.
The event was hosted by Dr. Ken Ukaoha, whose support and hospitality contributed to the success of the programme.
Also present at the occasion were the Chairman and the Estate Manager of the residents’ association, both of whom engaged residents in discussions on estate development, security, and welfare matters.
Their participation highlighted the importance of collaboration between leadership and residents in building a peaceful and progressive community.
Attendees described the get-together as a memorable start to the year, noting that it provided an opportunity for new and old residents to connect, share ideas, and celebrate together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Organisers expressed appreciation to everyone who participated and hinted that more social and developmental programmes would be introduced to sustain unity and promote a vibrant living environment within Villa Nova Estate.
