Popular Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda has died at the age of 35, just days after a tragic motorbike accident that left him critically injured.
The much-loved musician had been on life support for 11 days at Fortis Hospital, where he was receiving intensive treatment before doctors sadly confirmed his passing.

Rajvir is survived by his two young children.
Before the accident, the singer had enjoyed massive success in the Punjabi entertainment industry, boasting over 420 million YouTube views across his music catalogue. Some of his most popular hits include Tu Dis Painda, Khush Reha Kar, Sardaari, Surname, Afreen, Landlord, Down to Earth, and Kangani.
He also made his mark in Punjabi cinema, featuring in films such as Subedar Joginder Singh, Jind Jaan, and Mindo Taseeldarni.
Prior to launching his music career in 2014 with the single Munda Like Me, Rajvir trained and worked with the Punjab Police. His breakout song Kali Jawande in 2016 cemented his place as one of the rising stars in the Punjabi music scene.
